**Baler Operator-1st shift**

**Location:** Saratoga Springs, NY
**Pay Rate:** $20.50/hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday 7am-3:30

**Position Summary:**
The Baler Operator is responsible for safely operating baling equipment to process materials efficiently while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. This role plays a key part in meeting production goals and ensuring a well-organized warehouse environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Operate the baler in a safe and efficient manner, strictly following all operating instructions and ensuring all safety locking mechanisms are engaged before use.
+ Maintain a safe working distance from the machine at all times, keeping hands, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) clear of moving parts.
