Ballet Teacher

MarLiCa Art Gym is looking for a passionate and dedicated Ballet Teacher to a growing dance family. We are building a nurturing and inspiring environment where young students can develop strong technique, confidence, discipline and a love for the performing arts.
This is a part-time role ideal for a teacher who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a creative, supportive and professional studio.
Your role
Teach ballet classes to students starting from 4 years old and up
Create structured, age-appropriate and engaging lesson plans
Help students develop proper technique, musicality, posture and coordination
Prepare students for performances, assessments and studio activities
Maintain a positive, encouraging and disciplined class environment
Communicate professionally with parents and the studio team
Support the artistic growth and confidence of each child
Schedule
2–3 teaching days per week (with flexibility based on class demand)
