Ballet Teacher

MarLiCa Art Gym is looking for a passionate and dedicated Ballet Teacher to a growing dance family. We are building a nurturing and inspiring environment where young students can develop strong technique, confidence, discipline and a love for the performing arts.

This is a part-time role ideal for a teacher who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a creative, supportive and professional studio.

Your role

• Teach ballet classes to students starting from 4 years old and up
• Create structured, age-appropriate and engaging lesson plans
• Help students develop proper technique, musicality, posture and coordination
• Prepare students for performances, assessments and studio activities
• Maintain a positive, encouraging and disciplined class environment
• Communicate professionally with parents and the studio team
• Support the artistic growth and confidence of each child
