The Field Sales Sr.Supervisor is an intermediate position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales and customer support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team.The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to assist team in meeting sales targets.Responsibilities:Manage a sales team by setting targets and monitoring progress against them, communicating expectations, clearly defining sales strategies and the business vision, and addressing the needs of individual team membersResolve issues with client accounts in an effective and efficient mannerFacilitate and simplify the development of team territory and client plans, consistent with company sales strategiesDevelop team targets and coach members in reaching and exceeding targets by monitoring quality and quantity of workEnsure that the team delivers appropriate levels of ...
