Overview

Defines and manages the processes and management systems within operational functions to support transaction processing and other administrative activities to ensure goals are in alignment with the organization’s objectives.

• Ensures that operational and system policies and procedures are implemented and monitored.
• Drive the implementation of appropriate operating standards and principles across operations, sharing of best practice and commercial benefit.
