Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities
Act as the primary relationship manager with the bank partner, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution of the bancassurance strategy.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and nationwide deployment of Area Managers and Account Executives to drive bancassurance sales.
Monitor sales activities, track KPIs, and implement interventions to achieve bancassurance production targets.
Design and implement training programs to equip sales teams with product knowledge, compliance awareness, and customer engagement skills.
Collaborate with senior management and bank stakeholders to roll out bancassurance initiatives, referral programs, and cross-sell campaigns.
Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends to refine product and channel strategies.
