Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager with the bank partner, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution of the bancassurance strategy.

• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and nationwide deployment of Area Managers and Account Executives to drive bancassurance sales.

• Monitor sales activities, track KPIs, and implement interventions to achieve bancassurance production targets.

• Design and implement training programs to equip sales teams with product knowledge, compliance awareness, and customer engagement skills.

• Collaborate with senior management and bank stakeholders to roll out bancassurance initiatives, referral programs, and cross-sell campaigns.
