Bancassurance Financial Advisor

Qualifications:



Associate Graduate or 2 years in college and at least have 2 years experience in Sales or Customer Service, any Sales Experience.

Bachelor's Graduate and at least 1 year experience in Sales or Customer Service, Retail, Automotive and Medical Representative preferably in a financial institutions.

Fresh graduates from business-related courses are welcome

Strong communication skills in verbal and written format

Displays positive values and a likable personality

Willing to be assigned in an bank store (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Productivity: Achieve monthly sales targets (policy count, premium volume, and persistency rates).

Customer Engagement: Actively prospect within Bank's customer base, cross-selling and up-selling, and building long-term client relationships.
