The Bancassurance Manager will be responsible for;

• Managing partnerships between the bank and the insurance company.
• Overseeing a small team's performance, and implementing sales strategies.
• Developing and executing business plans.
• Training and mentoring the sales team.
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Finance and Insurance knowledge, with expertise in bancassurance practices and an understanding of financial products.
