We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated nurse with critical care/ acute experience to join our Critical Care Outreach team (CCOT) as we expand our service to provide 24/7 cross site cover.

The successful applicant will join a supportive and dynamic team, leading on delivering high standards of care to acutely unwell patients across our site. CCOT teams are a nurse led service supported by the critical care consultant team. You will have the opportunity to work both as a team and independently, identifying patients at risk of clinical deterioration or that are deteriorating have their needs prioritised with appropriate assessment, intervention and on-ongoing management.
