Bank Advanced Nurse Practitioner

A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen within Banbury Cross Health Centre for a committed, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated individual to join the team as a General Practice Advanced Practitioner.

In this role you will work as part of a clinical team with GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists and Healthcare Assistants across the PCN. You will provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care, diagnosing and prescribing treatments and medication while working within the procedures and protocols set by the GPs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and evidence‑based care for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including autonomous clinical decision‑making for assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Actively promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention, providing targeted advice and facilitating referrals to community and specialist services.
