We are looking for a Bank Delegate who is responsible for coordinating and handling day-to-day banking transactions and related administrative activities. This role acts as a liaison between the company, banks, and internal teams to ensure timely processing of cash, cheques, payments, and supporting finance operations in compliance with.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle head office cash reimbursements with the Head Office Cashier for USD, EUR, and EGP currencies.
Coordinate with banks to receive cheque books based on approved request forms from the Accounts Payable (AP) team.
Manage requests related to certified cheques with the bank.
Obtain signature validity and verification from authorized signatories on bank-required documents.
