Main duties of the job

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver direct care and emotional support to patients in line with Trust policies and procedures
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, nutrition and mobility
• Support a patient‑centred approach to care delivery
• Monitor and record basic observations (e.g., temperature, pulse, blood pressure) once trained
• Report any changes in a patient’s condition to a registered nurse promptly
