The Headington Care Home Care Home is a warm and welcoming purpose-built nursing home offering a spacious and comfortable environment and 24-hour care and support for older adults.
We are looking for Bank Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission:
The home's mission is to enhance the lives of residents in their care by bringing them joy, happiness and fulfilment, by providing the highest quality of care and services, whilst always striving for excellence.”
What does the role involve?
+ Achieve a high standard of care.
+ Leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the people that we support
+ Maintain effective communications, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and inform other members of the senior care team of day to day changes.
+ Wound management
+ Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
