• Able to perform simple case analysis and chargeback processing based on guided steps
• Provide operation support on administrative task e.g. data entry and documentation handling and any other duties as assigned by supervisor/s
• Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency and service quality in the team
• Assist in any duties as assigned
