Bank Operations Analyst

Mon-Fri office hours by default 9-6

(OT may or may not be expected due to the nature of banking industry)

Location: EAST

Duration: 12 months contract (renew/convert based on performance/business needs)

Responsibilities

Support & contribute towards the smooth operations of the remittance function, whilst ensuring adherence to established standards and controls

1) Investigate and resolve customers' remittances queries in accordance with the established service level agreement and payment guidelines

2) Work closely with business/service units, agent/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries

3) Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures without compromising quality during the process

4) Adhere to agreed high service levels for turnaround time and industry /currency cut-off times
