Bank Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities
(1) Payment & Settlement
Execute end-to-end post-trade and cash settlement processes within back-office systems
Process transactions relating to Stock Margin Financing (SMF) and Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL) accurately
Support outward payments for trade settlements to brokers and counterparties
Manage fund transfers between house and trust accounts maintained with various nostro banks (overseas correspondent banks)
(2) Fund Management & Reconciliation
Monitor and process incoming funds from multiple correspondent (nostro) banks, updating customer ledgers accurately in the back-office system
Conduct daily reconciliation to ensure Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL) and Automated Money Handling Telegraphic Transfer (AMH TT) reference transactions align with system records
Perform daily end-of-day completeness checks and balance reconciliation between workflow systems and back-office records using Microsoft Excel templates
