Our client is seeking a Temporary Staff to support post-implementation monitoring and payment operations. This role involves customer engagement, transaction monitoring, and coordination with internal operations teams to ensure timely settlements and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct post-implementation monitoring of customer payment activities
• Engage customers to understand payment patterns and behaviours
• Provide recommendations on account strategies based on transaction analysis
• Monitor transactions and follow up with customers on overdue bills
• Track account balances and instruct Operations to debit accounts for overdue settlements
• Coordinate with relevant teams to instruct Operations on loan settlements
• Prepare and review platform payment reports
