About the role:

As the Bank Product Governance Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening the Division’s risk and governance capabilities. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining frameworks that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting both the organisation and our members.

This role also contributes to the delivery of a member-first strategy by implementing effective and efficient operational plans, processes, and procedures that drive performance and support strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Governance and Compliance Frameworks, develop and maintain RACQ Bank’s product governance frameworks, policies, and reporting processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
