Bank Recovery/Litigation Clerk
Salary: Up to $80K

Key Responsibilities
Manage bank recovery files from intake through to enforcement with minimal supervision

Draft and file pleadings, affidavits, default judgments, motion records, writs of seizure and sale, garnishments, and other enforcement documents

Track and manage court deadlines and limitation periods

Liaise with process servers, courts, clients, and opposing counsel

Monitor responses, coordinate service, and follow up on court filings and procedural steps

Maintain well-organized, up-to-date files in accordance with firm policies

Prepare reports and documentation to support lawyers and client communications
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in bank recovery and litigation within a law firm setting
