A Transaction Processing and Cash Handling

• Handle and process all types of over-the-counter transactions, including:

• Deposits and withdrawals (Regular Savings, Kiddie Savings, SSD, and Time Deposit accounts)

• Loan releases and posting of collections
• Savings withdrawals of borrowers
• Receive and verify cash and check deposits from clients; ensure the accuracy of deposit slips and amounts tendered.
• Examine and validate checks for proper endorsement and completeness.
• Disburse loan proceeds upon verification and approval of release documents.
• Issue official and system-generated receipts for all processed transactions.
• Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each day, ensuring that all collections and disbursements are accounted for.
• Responsible for opening the vault combination each day and securing it at the end of the day.
