Banking Banca Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and drive sales and marketing of bancassurance products across the bank's network, with a strong focus on High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow HNW insurance sales through the bank's affluent and premium segments.
Work closely with wealth management teams to integrate insurance solutions into holistic wealth planning for clients.
Drive new business acquisition through active participation in sales and marketing activities and events.
Provide excellent client servicing and after-sales support to ensure long-term client relationships and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external insurance partners.
Qualifications:
Degree holders are preferred; however, SPM holders with at least 5 passes (including Bahasa Malaysia) and a minimum of 3 year of relevant experience in bancassurance, wealth management, or HNW client servicing are encouraged to apply.
