- 7+ years of experience in IT service management, change management, or release management within banking or financial services environments.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level change and release management processes in regulated and high-availability environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, SDLC, and release lifecycle management.
- Experience coordinating releases across multiple systems, applications, and stakeholders with minimal business disruption.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.
- Ability to assess, mitigate, and manage risks associated with system changes and releases.
