Job Description

THE COMPANY
The bank is an established set up and are looking to expand their operations. Currently, there are seeking for an Operations Officer who can help with their Branch Banking Operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle bank’s branch operations

Input customers’ details into the system

Ensure complete customers’ (Retail and corporates) KYC inputs/documentation

Deal with complete documentation for Account opening and closing etc.

Handle GIRO transactions

Handle relevant reporting

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Any other adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education

Minimum 1 year of experience in Branch Bank operations/documentation and/or in Account opening
