Banking Officer

To ensure complete filing of all Local LC, imports & Exports activities of Commercial and banking department and feeding of all import/Exports document in system and follow up.
Requirements
Preparation of Bank Letters for acknowledgement of different papers relating to Facilities, Insurance, LAF, BBFS and BR
Daily visit to banks to disburse/collect documents and follow-ups
Ensuring that all bills are entered (P/O's & GRPO's) in systems (clearing, agents', forwarders bills and uploading in system and acknowledge from Accounts
Filling of manual LCs/TT forms and dispatching them to different banks
Preparation of Purchase Order's for Banks, Services of Lawyers, Insurance and Import
Maintaining Internal filing system and filing of all papers relating to Banking department
Any Other Task Assigned by Seniors
