We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive (Banking sector) to join our team based in Subang Jaya. This role focuses on promoting banking products such as credit cards and financial loans to potential customers.
What Will You Do:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote credit cards and financial loan products.
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility requirements clearly and confidently.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Accurately update customer information in the system.
Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with banking sales guidelines and procedures.
