Job Description

                    Objectives of this Role:  Ensure the highest quality of our operations system by developing and executing tests to detect and report any errors in the product. 
Develop suitable testing plans and frameworks that align with our customers' needs. 
Coordinate with various functions and teams to incorporate necessary product changes. 
 Responsibilities:  The role involves writing test cases, preparing and creating test data, executing and retesting test cases. 
Able to leveraging on inhouse GenAI for test case creation and enrichment 
Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame. 
Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications. 
Identify, report, and track software defects and issues. 
Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
