Bankruptcy Paralegal

About the role We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Bankruptcy Paralegal to join a fast-paced US based law firm. This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone who can work independently, manage a high-volume workload efficiently, and provide strong legal support in bankruptcy matters. Key Responsibilities • Prepare bankruptcy petitions for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases • Review submitted documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Manage and organize legal documentation and case files • Coordinate with attorneys and clients regarding case requirements and updates • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks Requirements • Strong experience in Bankruptcy Law, specifically Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases • Proficiency and hands-on experience with Clio, NextChapter, and Jubilee required • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail • Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy • Comfortable w...
