Job Description

Banquet attendants work a variety of different events including wedding, birthdays, corporate meetings, golf tournament and many more.

Shift Duties Include:

  • Look over the function sheet, amendments, server floor plan and specific server responsibilities for that event, as laid out by the banquet supervisor

  • Act as a bar runner, providing the bartender additional products, glassware, mixes and garnishes

  • Preparing items necessary for dinner service (coffee, bread baskets, etc)

  • Ensure an Above & Beyond Experience for our guests through table service and table water, top up wine, clear plates and glassware, and offer coffee service

  • Execute the reset or the skeleton set of the banquet room, depending on the date of the next event
