To assist cooks and Head Chef / Head Cook in the preparation and presentation of food items according to menu specifications and all relevant Sodexo standards

Key Result Areas:

• Adhere to SODEXO WAY service standards
• Assist cooks and Head Chef / Head Cook in food production of all meal periods, prepare Mis-en-place and service the food line during service
• Ensure that adequate supplies of raw materials are always on hand for the meal period
• To report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times
• To attend service briefings and training classes.
• To participate in Sodexo meetings and activities.
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
• To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
