Banquet Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Banquet Coordinator is responsible for organizing and overseeing banquet and event operations to ensure smooth execution and excellent guest satisfaction. This role coordinates with clients, vendors, and internal departments to deliver successful events according to agreed specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all banquet and event details including setup, food and beverage arrangements, décor, and equipment.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
• Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate event requirements to relevant departments (kitchen, service, housekeeping, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to discuss event requirements.
• Ensure event setup is completed according to plan and standards.
• Monitor events to ensure quality service and resolve any issues promptly.
