Primary Responsibilities
Banquet Operations & Planning
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all banquet operations to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Develop and manage banquet budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to achieve financial and service goals.
• Collaborate with F&B, kitchen, marketing, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Prepare event layouts, floor plans, and service sequences according to client requirements.
• Implement profit enhancement programs for banquets and monitor their effectiveness.
Event Execution & Oversight
• Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor service flow and promptly address operational issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
