At Oak Island Resort & Conference Centre, we have an immediate opening for a Banquet Manager! If you are an experienced and dynamic individual with a passion for motivation and committed to the execution of a spectacular event, we want you! 

What You Will Do:
Hire, train, lead, and motivate team members in the Banquet Department to ensure that staff receive adequate resources, guidance and adhere to service standards through strong talent engagement
