Banquet Team Leader

Job Summary:

Banquet Team Leader is responsible for supervising banquet staff during events to ensure smooth operations, high-quality service, and guest satisfaction. This role involves coordinating setup, service, and breakdown activities while maintaining service standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

• College level or graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in banquet, events, catering, or food & beverage service, with lead or senior staff experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service styles, event flow, and function setup (weddings, meetings, social events).
• Proven ability to lead, assign, and supervise banquet staff during event operations.
