This premier Irish catering firm caters for corporate functions and large gala events as well as private wedding celebrations. They now require a Banquet Manager to oversee smooth event delivery, ensuring an uncompromising level of service and product quality for each client.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a banquet operations / C&B management role within a luxury hotel, venue or catering company. Must demonstrate stellar client relationship skills, impeccable service standards and excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability. Own transport required, venues located primarily in South Dublin.
