Job Summary

To be eligible to apply for this position you must live in the Greater Toronto Area and be legally entitled to work in Canada.We are not accepting International applicants at this time.

The Banquet Houseperson cleans, sets up, and refreshes banquet rooms.

· Answer any guest questions or direct them to someone that can assist them. Ensure complete guest satisfaction.

· Should always conduct him/himself with a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guest, co-workers and managers.

· Complete all required set-ups and breakdowns on time and as specified on BEOs (Banquet Event Order).

· Restock and deliver amenity boxes and all other items for the function on time, as specified on the BEO.

· Ensure rooms are equipped with standard equipment such as recycling bin(s), garbage bin(s), amenity box, etc.
