募集背景：

開発新薬の増加に伴い、注射剤や経口剤の包装開発案件が増加している。特に経口剤ブリスター開発において即戦力の人財を募集している。具体的には、種々の製剤に対して、治験薬用、商用にむけた包装設計および製法の立ち上げ経験が豊富な方で、患者さん開封性など機能性付与のための包装設計の開発経験がある方を求めている。



仕事内容：

・内容製剤に応じ、種々の包材を用いた経口剤ブリスターの開発　

・包装仕様、商用製法仕様の設定及びCMOへの技術移転

・患者さんニーズ、医療従事者ニーズに応じた製品改良

・社内関係部署及びCMOとの円滑なコミュニケーションにより業務推進をリード
