Bar back- Aethos Mallorca

Responsibilities:
-Customer Support and Service:
Assist bartenders in delivering excellent guest service by ensuring the bar is fully stocked and prepared. Help create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar by supporting the team in exceeding guest expectations.
-Bar Preparation and Cleaning:
Prepare the bar for service by stocking supplies, glassware, and ingredients. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout the shift. Assist with cleaning and closing duties to ensure overall cleanliness and safety.
-Inventory and Stock Management:
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients to ensure availability during service. Report shortages to the bartender and assist with restocking and organizing inventory.
-Team Support and Communication:
