Scope and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
2. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers.
3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
4. Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, policies, and procedures.
5. Monitor and maintain the quality of beverages and food served at the bar.
6. Manage and maintain the bar's financial records, including cash handling, budgeting, and reporting.
7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and sales.
