Job Description

Overview

We are currently seeking a Bar Manager for the Bulgari Ginza Bar, located on the 10th floor of the Bulgari Ginza Tower.


Key Responsibilities

  • Overall bar operations management
  • Team and people management
  • Development of new beverages and menu items
  • Cost control and inventory management

    • Employment Type

  • Full-time employee
    Contract employment may also be considered

    • Salary

  • Annual salary: From JPY 6,000,000
    Final compensation will be determined based on skills and experience

    • Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day (60-minute break)
  • Monthly variable working hours system (shift-based schedule)

    • Holidays

  • 115 days off per year
