Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and ensure service excellence
  
• Design and update beverage menus (cocktails, wines, spirits)
  
• Monitor inventory and control beverage costs
  
• Train and mentor bar staff
  
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  
• Drive upselling and guest engagement
  
• Maintain supplier relationships and product sourcing
  
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
