Bar Manager

This popular four star hotel is currently recruiting a Bar Manager to oversee the smooth running and management of the hotel’s bars. This role is responsible for ensuring that customer service is a priority, and that all standards are met and adhered to.

The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience as Bar or F&B Manager in a four star hotel. Must demonstrate excellent training and customer service skills, along with keen financial acumen (profit margins, cost/stock control etc) and current food and drink knowledge.
