About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager to join the team at TIPSY JUNCTION (Moghul Mahal Restaurant Sdn Bhd), a renowned establishment located at BANGSAR and BRICKFIELDS. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales. To increase bar revenue, control costs, improve customer experience, and build a strong bar brand through active management, promotions, and daily operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Plan and execute weekly promotions, happy hours, theme nights, and events to attract customers.
• Work with marketing team to create social media offers, posters, and influencer tie-ups.
• Introduce high-margin cocktails, combos, and bundles to increase average spend per customer.
