Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the bar in a restaurant, specializing in wine.
- Oversee the bar staff and ensure excellent customer service.
- Create and update the bar menu, focusing on a wide variety of wine options.
- Maintain the bar inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Train and educate the bar staff on wine knowledge and service techniques.
