The Bar Manager is responsible for leading all bar operations at Uma Nota, ensuring exceptional guest experience, strong financial performance, and consistent execution of the venue's beverage concept. This role oversees people, product, profitability, and service standards in a high-energy, premium nightlife and dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
● Oversee daily bar operations across service periods (dinner, late night, events).
● Ensure consistent execution of beverage recipes, presentation, and service standards.
● Maintain a high level of guest engagement, atmosphere, and service recovery.
● Coordinate closely with Floor Managers, Kitchen, and Events teams.
People Management
● Recruit, train, schedule, and lead bartenders and bar support staff.
