Job Summary
The Bar Manager is responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and guest experience of Seda BGC's beverage outlets, including Straight Up Bar, Pool Bar, and Sikreto. This role ensures exceptional service standards, innovative beverage offerings, effective team leadership, and strict compliance with hotel policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest Experience
Oversee daily operations of Straight Up Bar, Pool Bar, and Sikreto, ensuring seamless service and consistent quality.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by delivering warm, professional, and personalized service aligned with Seda brand standards.
Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
Ensure proper bar setup, cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness at all times.
