Job Summary
The Bar Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and profitability of all bar outlets at Seda BGC, namely Straight Up Bar, Sikreto, and Pool Bar. This role ensures exceptional guest experience, efficient operations, cost control, and compliance with Seda brand standards. The Bar Manager leads and develops the bar team while driving beverage innovation, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Oversee daily operations of Straight Up Bar, Sikreto, and Pool Bar, ensuring seamless service and adherence to company standards.
