Bar Manager - The Grill

We are looking for a Bar Manager to take charge of our fast‑paced beverage operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards at The Grill. In this management position you will be responsible for the supervision and training of new staff, motivating your team of skilled bartenders and ensuring a successful bar service as well as:

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts
• Keep up to date with industry trends both locally & internationally
• Manage labour costs, invoices, purchasing and product requisitioning
• Monitor and ensure adherence to liquor licensing laws

Qualifications

You’ll likely be someone with at least 5 years' experience in wine & beverage as well as developing and delivering a beverage programme while managing supplier relationships.
