Act as a visible supervisory presence in the Spa Bar at all times
Lead the shift, allocating roles and ensuring smooth service flow
Represent the Spa Bar in relevant operational meetings
Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation across all bar and lounge areas
Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
Communicate professionally with colleagues and support strong teamwork
Ensure a guest‑focused culture, leading by example in service standards
Take and deliver orders accurately, maintaining luxury service expectations
Handle guest issues or complaints appropriately and escalate when needed
Drive sales through upselling and daily revenue awareness
Stay informed about business levels and upcoming events across the resort
