Job Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. They must ensure high-quality service standards, maintain cleanliness of the bar area, and provide an enjoyable experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for alcohol service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, glassware, and equipment
